Carefully read all the following ways with which you will learn any new programming language quickly :

1. Consistent,
   being consistent means don't stop practice regulary even if less but be consistent.
2. Read to Learn,
   Learn from video tutorials however, reading about the language is really very necessary.
3. Choose your Time,
   when there will be no distraction. (I usually choose night)
4. Basics are Important,
   Start from basics of any language.
5. Learn Developers Tools,
   Try to learn various development tool while learning a language, it will increase your knowledge tand saves the time as well.
6. Choose the right IDE,
   Choosing the right IDE (Code Editor) is really very important, you must feels comfortable with the IDE. So also learn about Best suited IDE and some of its shortcuts.
7. Listen to Music,
   Mild Chillsteps really help while long coding sessions to help concentrate and help in solving problems.
8. Practice your examples,
   Create your examples and work on those with the programming language.
9. Sleep Well,
   While learning if you feel sleepy kindly take a power nap, and continue after the nap.
10. Programming is not about memorizing,
    Don't confuse learning a programming language with memorizing, like we all have to do in schools and colleges.
